What the question index lists
Each Bay Area AEO city page publishes the questions its customers ask AI. San Francisco has four, and every other city page has three. This index prints one question per city, taken from the second slot of each list so that it complements the first-slot questions printed on the regional entries. The full sets, along with the niche questions, sit on the agency's location and industry pages.

Why the exact wording matters
The questions share a shape. Almost every one names a place, often a neighborhood rather than a city, and adds a constraint: an insurance plan, a language, a time of day, a building type, a budget. An assistant handles that by fanning out. It splits the request into smaller searches, checks different sources for each part and combines what it finds. A business is named only when its facts satisfy every part of the question at once.
That is why Bay Area AEO starts each engagement from the real questions a business's customers ask. The same list becomes the prompt panel that is re-run every month across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude. The Monthly measurement cycle entry shows how that panel is read, and the Platform index explains the fan-out steps.
